How It Works?
BHA, Salicylic Acid (2%): Beta-hydroxy acid with a benzene ring structure that makes it lipophilic (oil-soluble). This lipophilicity allows it to dissolve through the sebum layer inside pores and reach the follicle wall, where it breaks down the corneodesmosomes holding desquamated keratinocytes together. The result is dissolution of the keratinous plug that forms blackheads and comedones, from inside the pore, not at the skin surface.

Zinc PCA: Zinc ions at the sebaceous gland level inhibit 5-alpha reductase activity, the enzyme that converts testosterone to dihydrotestosterone (DHT), the androgen responsible for stimulating excess sebum production. By reducing DHT activity locally, Zinc PCA reduces the sebum volume entering pores without systemic hormonal interference.

Lightweight Non-Comedogenic Base: Formulated without comedogenic esters or heavy occlusive ingredients that could compete with BHA’s pore-penetrating action or contribute to the congestion the serum is designed to clear.

How to Use?
